Request account deletion

This page is the external account-deletion resource for the JDRC Media Android app (com.jdrcmedia.app) and jdrcmedia.com. JDRC Media is operated by PlayXPc LLC under the Google Play developer name Jdamage.

How to request deletion

  1. Send the request from the email address associated with your JDRC Media account whenever possible.
  2. Use the subject JDRC Media Account Deletion Request.
  3. State whether you want the Member account, Driver account, or both deleted.
  4. If we need to verify that you control the account, we may ask for limited account information. Never send your password or full payment-card number.

If the button does not open your email app, send the request manually to jdamrcvideos@outlook.com.

What is deleted

After verification and processing, JDRC Media will delete the selected account and data associated with that account that is not required to be retained for a legitimate reason. Depending on the account and features used, this can include authentication data, driver/member profile information, PIT OS sessions and observations, garage/service records, Shared Spares inventory, Need-a-Part requests, marketplace records, team/account associations, uploaded profile/car media, and other account-associated service data.

Community content that must remain for conversation or transaction integrity may be removed or de-identified so it is no longer associated with the deleted account.

Active memberships

If an active JDRC membership is associated with the account being deleted, JDRC Media will address the associated membership/subscription as part of processing the deletion request. If additional billing verification is necessary, support will explain the required step without requiring you to reinstall the Android app.

Information that may be retained

Limited transaction, accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, or legal-compliance records may be retained when there is a legitimate need or legal obligation. Retained records are limited to that purpose and are not used to recreate the deleted account.

Processing

Deletion requests are reviewed after identity/account-control verification and are normally completed within 30 days. Complex legal, payment-dispute, or fraud/security circumstances may require longer retention of specific records where permitted or required by law.
