Terms of sale & download license

These terms apply to digital media purchased from Jdamage's RC Videos & Photos. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Digital purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. A purchase is considered complete after the payment processor confirms payment. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may be updated before checkout.

Personal-use license

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants the buyer a nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use. Purchased files may be downloaded and privately shared for personal purposes. They may not be resold, sublicensed, uploaded to stock-media services, represented as the buyer's original work, or used commercially without separate written permission.

Previews and originals

Public previews may be compressed, cropped, reduced in resolution, or watermarked. The purchased download is the private original associated with the listing. Color, crop, and display appearance can vary by device and software.

Refunds

Because digital files can be delivered immediately after payment, completed digital sales are generally final once access to the original has been provided, except where required by law or when a delivered file is defective or materially different from its listing. Contact the support address shown on the storefront if there is a delivery problem.

Copyright and permitted use

Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying media. Rights not expressly granted in these terms remain with the copyright owner. Any commercial, advertising, sponsorship, merchandising, publication, or resale use requires separate permission unless the product listing provides a broader license.

Availability

The store may correct listing errors, remove media, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, rights management, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Existing legitimate purchases will be supported where reasonably possible.
