Video advertising

Drivers control whether they receive video advertisements. Advertisers may offer voluntary rewards to encourage viewing. Advertising memberships do not guarantee views, clicks, sales, or reward participation.

Monthly video memberships

Purchased credits and per-play charges

Membership fees are separate from credits. A separate single qualifying credit purchase is required; credits are not included with subscriptions. Minimum amounts are Starter $50, Racer $200, Pro Sponsor $800 and Elite Sponsor $3,200. Ad videos expire and become unavailable 3, 7, 14 and 30 days after processing, respectively. Physical deletion follows verified media ownership and may be deferred. A valid play is charged once after playback exceeds five seconds. Reward completion is a separate requirement.

Delivery stops when the wallet cannot cover the applicable play charge. Previewing a draft does not charge the wallet.

Your isolated video advertising balance

Stop future video membership renewals at the end of the current billing period. Retain unused video credits.

Change your video membership

Changes apply immediately with Stripe proration after your confirmation. Downgrade invoice credits stay with Stripe; purchased advertising credits are unchanged. Higher tiers still require their separate single qualifying purchase. Expired, unpaid or canceling subscriptions cannot change plans.

Request a refund of unused video credits

Requests need administrator review under the approved terms. Submitting a request does not issue a refund. Credits cannot be refunded twice or taken from unrelated products.

Driver control

Passive promotional videos have a separate ON/OFF setting in Driver Pit. Turning them off does not change Live Race Control, purchased videos, or other pit tools. Voluntary playback never changes this preference.

Voluntary sponsor videos

Opening an individual video does not re-enable passive ads. Watch & Reward claims remain unavailable until the full specification and required approvals are complete.
